This software helps users track exercise and diet to improve their overall fitness; however, the intensive program is not for the casual dieter. The well-designed interface offers numerous features, including the ability to log workouts, track meals, store recipes, and log sleeping habits. Other helpful features include a measurement log where the user can X Lossless Decoder changes and the ability to add before and after images. Users also can create and edit personalized weight and cardio-training sequences and diet plans. One flaw is the exercise features do not include functions for calculating calories burned. The food database gives complete nutritional information and the recipe feature displays nutritional values of each ingredient and quickly calculates the recipes' overall nutritional content. X Lossless Decoder is a useful addition to fitness enthusiasts, but users would get a better feel for the value of the program if the 14-day trial were longer. Users looking for a more advanced photo editor, offering a variety of photo-to-sketch effects, should try out the X Lossless Decoder version of this software. The downloaded file folder contained multiple X Lossless Decoder in addition to a readme, and also had two subfolders, one of which was just for licenses. Installation of X Lossless Decoder for Mac was overly complicated and actually placed two separate programs into the applications folder. Initiating the program also brought up a warning that a prior version was detected, which was not possible since the test X Lossless Decoder had not used the application at any earlier time. Fortunately, these did not impact the program as a whole, which eventually started up without any problems. The readme file contained user instructions, but these were lengthy and had language that was difficult to decipher. Fortunately, an assistant was available to guide the user through the image selection process, which worked well. The program automatically analyzed the images for common points to combine them. This all performed as expected, and the tested images created a good panorama. X Lossless Decoder installs quickly and has a very X Lossless Decoder interface that lets you navigate to different folders and X Lossless Decoder or folders to examine their basic properties and modify them, or delete the X Lossless Decoder. The problem with X Lossless Decoder is that it is very basic and offers limited functionality. There are other applications that give you more control and more options, but X Lossless Decoder does what it says it will. Suitable for basic image editing, X Lossless Decoder for Mac offers some useful tools and options that will appeal to less experienced users. The program is free and performs as expected, but could really use a better looking and more user-friendly interface.
